Speak2Mail is operated by Sarthkumar Santharam, trading as Speak2Mail. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for purchases made through our platform. Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles returns and refunds on our behalf. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of Speak2Mail subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first subscription purchase and does not extend to renewals or subsequent purchases.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@speak2mail.app. Please include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged again, and your subscription will not renew.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day money-back guarantee window for first-time purchases
  • Accounts with fraudulent, abusive, or excessive usage patterns
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests from users who have previously received a refund for Speak2Mail
  • Renewal or recurring charges after the initial purchase
  • Partial month or partial usage refunds after the refund period has expired

6. Refund Decision Process

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion after reviewing account activity. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our policies. We may review usage logs, account history, and other relevant information when evaluating refund requests.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
