Speak2Mail ("the Service") is operated by Sarthkumar Santharam, trading as Speak2Mail ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and enter into a binding agreement with Sarthkumar Santharam. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Speak2Mail is an AI-powered SaaS platform that converts voice recordings into professional emails. The Service uses OpenAI Whisper for audio transcription and AI-assisted generation to produce email content. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Ownership of Content
Users retain full ownership of their uploaded audio files and any content generated through the Service. Speak2Mail does not claim ownership over user-generated content. We only process your audio and generated content to provide and improve the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or abusive
- Infringing on intellectual property rights or copyrights
- Spam, malware, or designed to harm systems or users
- Used to harass, stalk, or intimidate others
- In violation of any applicable laws or regulations
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email content based on your voice input. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before sending. Speak2Mail is not liable for any losses, damages, or business decisions resulting from the use of generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Subscription, Payments & Merchant of Record
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-transferable. All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you purchase a subscription, you are contracting with Paddle for the payment, billing, tax compliance, and order fulfilment, and with Sarthkumar Santharam (trading as Speak2Mail) for the underlying Service. Payment, refund, cancellation, and billing mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speak2Mail and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other issues that may result in service interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Speak2Mail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
